Wound Healing Care Specialists is dedicated to providing a multidisciplinary approach to achieve complete wound healing for our patients, provide for their psychosocial needs, and communicate with the facility and the patients family regarding the goals and progress of the patient’s care.  We collaborate with all of the patient’s clinicians and caregivers to achieve the best possible outcome for our patients.

• We are a group of wound care certified providers comfortable in evaluating and managing all acute and chronic wounds, surgical wounds, and dermatologic wounds.
• Weekly bedside surgical wound care with optimal documentation aimed at protecting the SNF.
• G-Tube replacements
• Doppler Studies
• Board certified dermatologist on staff to evaluate all dermatologic wounds and conditions.
• Same day replacement of dislodged gastrostomy tubes.
• Bedside vascular studies to evaluate vascular wounds.
• Board certified vascular surgeons on staff for treatment of arterial and venous wounds.
• Skin sweeps to prepare for survey
• Incision and Drainage of wounds
• Wound Debridement
• Chemical cautery
• Staff in-services conducted by WCC RN on a PRN basis
